AH GROUP was born from the field experience of founder Slime Ben Cheikh. In 2009, he launched one of the first halal restaurant chains in France, specializing in chicken with green sauce, with plantain banana as the signature side dish.

After fifteen years at the helm, one observation became clear every day: fresh plantain is both a flagship product and a constant headache. Fluctuating prices, unpredictable ripening, time-consuming peeling, waste. The solution appeared with peeled, pre-fried and frozen plantain — solving all these problems at once.

Behind every pallet lies real field work. Slime Ben Cheikh visited virtually every production facility in Latin America to select the most reliable sites. The result: consistent year-round quality, stable supply and end-to-end quality monitoring.
