AH GROUP was born from the field experience of founder Slime Ben Cheikh. In 2009, he launched one of the first braised-chicken restaurant chains in France, with braised chicken in green sauce as its signature dish and plantain as the signature side.
After fifteen years at the helm, one observation became clear every day: fresh plantain is both a flagship product and a constant headache. Fluctuating prices, unpredictable ripening, time-consuming peeling, waste. The solution appeared with peeled, pre-fried and frozen plantain — solving all these problems at once.
Behind every pallet lies real field work. Slime Ben Cheikh visited virtually every production facility in Latin America to select the most reliable sites. The result: consistent year-round quality, stable supply and end-to-end quality monitoring.
